This class focuses on technique and Middle Eastern style moves while working out to great world music. This is a moderate exercise class -- suitable for women of all ages and sizes -- that will help you with posture, work your core and more with a full body workout. No dance experience is necessary. We will focus on learning to enjoy movement and dance and gaining self-confidence in the body you have today. And don't forget the exposure to the glitz and glamour of this beautiful dance form. Drop-ins welcome in both classes year-round, with $10 drop-in fee applicable. Enrollments accepted at any time.

Learn to dance by drilling the basics of ATS in fun combinations and using slow movements and fast steps. All basic movements and group formations, as well as the fundamental vocabulary needed to build up to more experienced levels, will be taught in this class. Instructor Alexandra is a certified ATS® teacher, Sister Studio, through FatChanceBellyDance®, a tribal dance form with roots in America and taught worldwide. New enrollments accepted at any time.
Bollywood East Indian Style
Many movies within the last few years have made this style all the rage. Basic footwork, stylized hands and body placement makes this a dynamic and challenging dance class. This class is offered based on demand and interest. Call 316.210.1625 for details.

ITS bellydance is an empowering art form, influenced by North African, Middle Eastern, Spanish, East Indian and contemporary dances. Instructor Di Flower is fluent in Gypsy Caravan style, with more than six years' experience with a professional troupe. She recently received Phase 2 certification in Rachel Brice's Eight Elements program. She's also taken workshops with Jill Parker, Zoe Jakes and Paulette Reese. New enrollments accepted at any time.
